About me…
With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, I began my career as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, which has given me a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and psychological well-being—particularly in the context of chronic pain. I have also worked closely with individuals navigating the emotional and physical challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause. Additionally, my experience in corporate settings has allowed me to support those managing health concerns in high-pressure environments. The injuries we face in our bodies inevitably have an impact on our minds, and naturally the injuries we experience in our minds will affect our bodies and how they function.
I am able to work with most difficulties that you might be facing but before we begin our work together, a short telephone consultation (10-15 minutes) to gauge a rough idea of your presenting problems is essential, as an additional referral or practitioner may be necessary either instead of, or alongside our work.
I work within the ethical framework outlined by the BACP which can be found on their website where I am a registered member (00984410).
